If it is an in-person deposition, you don’t have to wear a suit. Since it isn’t in a court room, it can be more casual. The environment is more laid back. The next tip is to assume that the jury sees and hears the deposition. You want the client to dress appropriately. Assume the footage or recording will be shown to the jury.
